Opening times conference secretariat
The conference secretariat is in the hall of the Congress Centre and it is open to the public:
Official language
The official language of the conference is English. Translation services are not provided.
Parking
Free parking is available for the participants of the meeting from 20th to 24th June in front of the Congress Centre (Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, Loc. Parco Lido 1).
Internet Point
In the Hall of the Congress Centre you will find PCs with free internet connection for all participants to use.
WI-FI
Free Wi-Fi access available in the congress area. Please, ask the staff at the Help Desk for more information.
Welcome Drink
All the participants are invited to the Welcome Drink: Sunday 20th in the green area just outside the Palameeting, from 19:00 to 21:00.
Welcome Ceremony
The Welcome Ceremony will be celebrated on Monday 21st June from 19:00 in the park of Hotel Du Lac very close to the Congress Centre.
Conference Dinner
The Conference Dinner will take place on Wednesday 23rd June in the Winery Rotari Mezzocorona (www.rotari.it).
A transport service from the Congress Centre to the venue of the Conference Dinner will run for the participants.
Departure: car park of the Congress Centre from 18:00 to 19:00.
Posters
Those presenting a poster are kindly requested to bring their poster to the Palameeting where they will find all the panels with ID numbers.
Please, hang the poster according to the ID number you received at the submission. Poster authors are kindly requested to attend their posters’ presentation from 16:20 to 18:00 on Tuesday 22nd June.
Opening times exhibition area
The exhibition area is in the Palameeting and it is open to the public during the Conference week from 8.30 to 18:00.

Notes for speakers
Every session room is provided with a PC for Power Point presentations.
Every PC runs WINDOWS XP Professional with Office 2003.
Please use an updated version of Power Point.
In the Hall of the Congress Centre you will find PCs with free internet connection for all participants to use. On these you can also run your Power Point presentation and make sure that it works properly.
In the Congress Centre there will also be a Slide Centre.
All speakers with Power Point presentations are kindly requested to bring their file on a pen drive or a CD to the Slide Centre the day before the presentation. Technical assistance will be available during the sessions and during the opening times of the Secretariat in the Hall of the Congress Centre.

How to get to Riva del Garda
For all participants of the conference, a free bus shuttle from the Verona airport “Valerio Catullo” will be organised. This service will include the main train station in Verona for those arriving by train.
The provisional scheduled time of departure is: 12:00 Verona airport – 12:30 am Verona train station – 14:00 Riva del Garda
18:00 Verona airport – 18:30 Verona train station – 20:00 Riva del Garda
A conference meeting point will be clearly indicated at the airport and at the train station of Verona to welcome you.
For those arriving at other airports than Verona, we suggest to travel to Verona train station where a stop of the free bus shuttle to the meeting venue in Riva del Garda is scheduled.

The nearest train station is in Rovereto (Brennero line), 20 km from Riva del Garda where a direct bus service by Trentino Trasporti links the city with Riva del Garda. www.trenitalia.com
COMING BY CAR
• Motorway: A22, Brennero motorway, exit in Rovereto and then 15 minutes from the tollbooth.
• Scenic routes:
From Brescia: follow the Gardesana Occidentale road (SS 45 bis), direction to Riva del Garda- about 80 km;
From Verona: follow the Gardesana Orientale road (SS 249), direction to Riva del Garda - about 80 km.
During the summer tourist season, coming from these scenic routes may take longer due to traffic.
COMING BY BUS
Direct buses to Riva del Garda leave from Trento and Rovereto (Trentino Trasporti buses), from Verona and Desenzano (APTV buses), from Brescia and Milan (SIA buses).
Main distances from Riva Del Garda Trento: 40 km, Verona: 90 km, Bolzano: 100 km, Venice: 180 km, Milan: 200 km, Innsbruck: 230 km, Florence: 300 km, Munich: 370 km.
