The regular registration fee covers: welcome drink (20/06/2010), welcome ceremony (21/06/2010), participation in all sessions, conference material (CD and book of abstracts), coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.

The student registration fee covers: participation in all sessions, conference material (CD and book of abstracts), coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.

Students must present a certificate showing that they are enrolled in Bachelor or Master courses in the academic year 2009/2010 in order to register at the reduced registration fee. This reduced fee is not available for PhD students and research assistants.

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers: welcome drink, welcome ceremony, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference, closing session. Please note that this program does not include the scientific program (e.g. lectures, conference proceedings).

All delegates and accompanying persons are kindly requested to fill in the on-line registration form.
We remind you that in order for the paper to be published in the proceedings book, at least one author must be registered for the conference.
All registration forms should be accompanied by full payment.

Please note that all bank charges must be fully covered by the participant.



CANCELLATION:
Should you cancel your registration, the Conference Secretariat must be notified of the cancellation by fax or by e-mail (conference_s@wcte2010.org).
The following cancellation conditions will be applied:
Notification received by 28th February 2010: total refund (handling fee: € 20).
Notification received after 1st March 2010: no refund.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.

VISA:
Participants who need an official invitation in order to obtain an entrance visa shall contact the Conference Secretariat (conference_s@wcte2010.org).
